1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the conditions outlined below and be accompanied by proof of purchase.
2. Product Condition
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- It must include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags.
- Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible for return.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
4. Change of Mind
If you change your mind after placing an order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility.
5. Return Shipping
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Bajwa Traders will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
6. Refurbished & Used Products
Refurbished and used products are sold as described on the product page.
- These items may show minor signs of previous use.
- They are only eligible for return if they arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from their description.
- Returns for cosmetic wear or expected signs of use are not accepted.
7. Warranty
Products covered by a manufacturer's or seller's warranty can be claimed according to the warranty terms provided with the product. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.
