1. Delivery Area


Bajwa Traders currently offers shipping within Pakistan only. International shipping is not available at this time.


2. Order Processing


- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


3. Delivery Time


Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:


- Major Cities: 2–5 business days

- Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days


Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges


Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)


We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations across Pakistan. Customers are requested to prepare the exact payment amount at the time of delivery, where possible.


6. Order Tracking


Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details (where available) may be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or other appropriate communication channels.


7. Delivery Attempts


If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or repeated failed attempts, the order may be returned to Bajwa Traders and could be cancelled accordingly.


8. Incorrect Address


Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details. Bajwa Traders shall not be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address or contact information.


9. Damaged or Missing Items


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will review the matter and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


10. Delivery Delays


While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Bajwa Traders is not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
